This page sets out, plainly, what you should and shouldn't expect from our content, products, and engagements.
No guarantee of results.
Our products and engagements provide diagnostic frameworks, structured processes, and expert guidance. They are tools and systems — not a guarantee of sales, revenue, or growth. Sales performance depends on factors largely within your control and outside ours: how your team executes, the quality of your offer, your market, your pricing, your competition, and the discipline with which you apply what we install.
We cannot and do not promise that you will increase revenue, close more deals, hit a specific target, or achieve any particular financial outcome. Anyone in this category who promises you guaranteed results is misleading you.

These are real results the founders achieved in prior roles and engagements. They are provided as background on our experience and judgment — the basis for why we approach sales the way we do. They are not a representation of what you, or any client, will achieve. They are not averages, not typical results, and not a forecast. Your circumstances are different, and your outcomes will be your own.
Examples and illustrations.
Where our content uses example figures — such as a sample deal size to illustrate the cost of a broken process — those numbers are illustrative only. They are chosen to make a point clearly, not to predict your specific situation. Don't treat an illustration as a projection of your results.
Your responsibility.
You are responsible for your own business decisions and for how you apply our guidance. We provide the diagnosis, the frameworks, and the structure; implementation, judgment, and execution are yours. Results follow from the work you do with what we provide.
- We do not run your sales process, close your deals, or manage your team unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Governing law. This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. It works alongside our Refund Policy and, for consulting clients, the Service Agreement. Where they address the same subject, the signed Service Agreement controls for engagement clients.
